A Modern Editorial Wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall
Some couples simply glow in front of the camera, and Sophia and Sahir were exactly that. They married at Chelsea Old Town Hall on the King's Road before heading to The Phene to celebrate, and spending a sunny afternoon in SW3 with them is one of my favourite memories of the season.

The ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall
Chelsea Old Town Hall is one of London's most iconic places to say "I do", and for good reason. Its elegant architecture and sweeping staircase make it a dream for a photographer, and it has a real sense of occasion without ever feeling stuffy. I kept things quiet and unobtrusive during the ceremony so Sophia and Sahir could be completely present, while I captured every glance, laugh and happy tear.
After the ceremony we stepped out onto the King's Road and wandered the side streets of Chelsea, which are made for wedding portraits.

Celebrating at The Phene
From the Town Hall, we made our way to The Phene on Phene Street, one of Chelsea's best loved spots, with its sage green frontage and olive trees lining the pavement. Before heading inside to celebrate with their guests, there was a twirl on the pavement, sunglasses on, and pure joy all round. It was the perfect ending to a day that felt completely them.
If you have any photos from inside the Town Hall (the staircase or ceremony room especially), I'd add one or two with alt text such as "Bride and groom on the staircase at Chelsea Old Town Hall, London", as images of the venue itself help you rank for people searching the venue name.
